Default Oceans 11 MTTs

Oceans 11 is holding a tournament on Monday at 10am. Levels are 25 mins and you start with 3k at 25/50. Levels are pretty smooth, 25/50, 50/100, 100/200, 200/400, 300/600, 400/800, 600/1200, etc. Anyone ever played a MTT there? How do they play? Seems like an OK structure but I'm bad at figuring out the superiority of structure of live tournaments.

The tourneys I've played there have been turbos. Put your money in with the first two good cards you see.

good luck

I was also wondering about their tourneys there as well as the ones at Pechanga. Like to hear more if anyone else has played them.

I made it to the final table chop at an MTT at Ocean's once. It was a fun tournament with a $250 buy-in. I remember that there was a big screen TV with all the blind levels and times, as well as how many players were left vs how many started.

I liked it a lot. They had a buffet to eat. The service at the table was good. It's not a fancy place - just cards and a little room for blackjack and pai gow - but I like it.
