in this hand i might actually call down. against an unknown he could be overplaying a K-lowerkick. the board is really uncoordinated and if he had a set on the flop i think he would have capped. |

[/ QUOTE ] I usually would use a similiar line to the one that you suggest when I am headsup and unsure that I have the best hand but am unlikely to be outdraw if I am ahead. For example MP3 open raises and I call in the BB with A5s and the flop is A93. I'll usually go check/call, check/call, bet. Here I thought I was most likely ahead in the hand and wanted to get more money into the pot and knocking out the player between us increases the chances that I win the pot which is starting to get big... |
