Default Steven Seagal in a bolo tie

El Diablo noted in this thread discussing tie knots that gets hijacked into a discussion about Steven Seagal and bolo ties that it was impossible for him to find a picture of Steven Seagal wearing a bolo tie.

Bolo ties look like this:

Why is it so hard to find a picture of Steven Seagal wearing a bolo tie? Is this some phantom mind trickery where our mental image of Steven Seagal is him wearing some faux Native American leather jacket with frilly things and a bolo tie, even though he doesn't wear it nearly as frequently as we think (or even at all)? If this is the case, I highly recommend that some post-doc clinical researchers type up a grant proposal for a study on this phenomenon.

OOT, I ask you this: can you find a picture?

I tried this, and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. I wouldn't drink a whole can for $20.

skunk - Like you pointed out, I think the "Seagal wears bolo ties" thing is a case of mass hysteria.

Seagla pretty much disdains ties, and has been sporting the fully buttoned collar look sans tie for the better part of 15 years.

IIRC, he wore a bolo tie in one of his movies (most likely "Fire Down Below" or "On Deadly Ground"), and at one of the Academy Awards ceremonies in the early/mid-90's.
