Assuming zombies aren't like raptors and can learn how to open doors I think you would be all right buttoned up in a tank. I would have to pick an M2A(2 or 3, cant remember which off the top of my head) Bradley, with the infantry configure. That way I can stock up on MRE's and water. I'd probably rather be holed up in a Styker. That way I could also fire the MK19 or M2 (50 Cal) from inside the vehicle.
