Well I was lost in this hand. Looking for advice on flop, turn and river.

hmm not sure what your afraid of here..he could have AJ KJ QJ..you should have bet turn and atleast called river i think

Will his 3bet calling range from the BB not be tighter than that?

Me having QQ and a flop of xJ10 hits, makes me think I should check the flop and play for a cheap showdown.

You got > 10% of your stack in PF, then 1/3 in on a coordinated flop... turn is a safe card, you have to bet there and might as well shove.
