To be clear, and if it gives any indication of how I'll be modding. Lionel should pretty much stay banned. It isn't hard to follow what few rules there are, and he pretty much blew all of those.

Anybody can start a new account if they're not ip banned, and if they are they can if they're clever. If a poster who is perma banned makes it obvious they're a perma banned poster, it's nukesville. If a poster who was perma banned keeps doing the same jackhole stuff that got them perma banned, that is also nukesville.
