Yes, easy fold. As well as the possible straight you're still losing to KJ (less likely) or AJ, which is possible. Even a passively played AK.

What's the thinking behind your half-pot bet on the turn? I typically bet 2/3 or so here if I think I can make them fold, otherwise check since your hand still has plenty of showdown strength. You can pick off a river bluff or still get value out of top pair or a completed flush on the river. I wouldn't be particularly concerned by QT getting a free card.
