UTG bets $5.8 (All-In), Hero?

I had reraised this guy 2 hands ago with an AQ when he open raised. I didn't know if this had any affect on his turn move, maybe he thought I was playing with him. Also, turn bets/raises seem to mean monsters (or big hands).

Is this a fold or call? He raises with pretty standard cards (Pockets, big Aces, etc). I didn't figure him for a J since he seems pretty competent enough to lay down hands like KJ and AJ.

fold. I think KK, AA, 88 are likely. 10 10 isn't really an option here, and even if you think he folds KJ and AJ, they still beat us here.

I think this is played fine up until the flop raise which is very small. When he calls your PFRR OOP I think we rule out AA/KK most if not all of the time so about the only thing we are scared of on the flop is a hand containing a J which really isn't that likely.

When you reraise him preflop you are creating an SPR of around 3.5 which is fine to commit to getting it allin with QQ when it flops as an overpair.

His flop lead could be testing you with a lower PP (especially if he's seen you 3bet AQ recently) or he could be leading something like A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and then taking the excellent pot odds you offered him with your flop raise.

All in all there are too many scare cards that can turn to consider flat calling the flop so I think I just move in on him and be done with it there.

I think your flop raise sucks. you need to decide preflop if your commiting to his hand If you make an overpair. I think he may have a jack, but as tight as he seems, its hard for him to have a jack here. I shove, sigh, reload.
