How do you play it ?

You will lose lots of money if you consistantly 3-bet with the 2nd worst flush against someone who called you down on this board.

The only questionable decision is the river 3-bet. But I don't think it's that close. I like it.

I 3-bet the river also and call the cap but hate it. I play it the same.

I also think he made a straight on the river and figures his hand is good. I play it the same... if he out-flushed you he played it well and got maximum value.

The same. You could make a case for not 3-betting the river since the other guy sucks (button open limper) he might only raise a flush on this board, but whatever. I don't have enough of a read not to 3-bet the river and there is no way I'm folding to a cap.
