Default NL100 TP vs overpush

FI is 54,55/3,6/2,8 only 55 hands tho. Do i call his flop overpush? I have one more fi behind me who is playing 25/14/1 434 hands.. Btw seems that i have forgot to reload my stack before the hand.. well..

W/o SB in the hand this is a trivial call. I guess this is still a push since SB checked and with his stats, his range is strongly tilted towards smaller PPs - he won't have a set often enough.
