I pretty much like any condiment on fries except ketchup (not really a fan, it's not awful but whatever), but usually prefer mayo or aioli if it's there. Malt vinegar is underrated and I should do that more often.

I usually go with TJ's mayo if I'm at home, but have as of late been using the Japanese mayo instead, good stuff:
