Mod edited post about underage gambling, should have been locked!

It's painfully obvious this is a post from an underage gambler in the Internet Gambling forum asking for ways he can cash out. The post should not have been edited IMHO and should be locked. Theoretically? Yeah....

I don't get how a duplicate thread about Epass is locked almost instantly but a guy asking how to get "heebed" (scammed) money off poker sites is still open...regardless of whether or not he's under 18

In this case heebed meant having run a small stake into a big one quickly by playing at too high a limit.
