Pushing preflop or on the flop in this case is spew. The only hands that beat you call. There is an argument for folding preflop because your UTG raise has been three bet, which usually represents strength, and you don't really have an idea of what flops are good or bad for you (e.g. playing big pots with KK on qxx boards or playing big pots with AK on a Axx board), especially out of position.
