I would shove it against this player. He is very loose but I don't think two pair or a straight is in his range. He raises most of his hands so calling your raise must mean a fairly decent hand. I think this could very likely be a lower overpair.

The min-raise 3-bet is bad. Just shove. Otherwise I think it's ok.
