Ok so I was obviously consuming 5oz beers as fast as they could be served while playing 1/2 NL at Foxwoods. So this old Foxwoods nit is sitting two to my left, and my friend is to my left. Early in the night my friend and I are prop betting on flops but not paying out until after session. Old dude warns us that we are "colluding" I shrug him off and realize this guy will be troublesome later.

So its now almost midnight and this new guy is at the table and we are both straddling. The old nit complains every time the straddle is not posted before the first card is dealt...standard POS Foxwoods regular.

So now it's my straddle and I say straddle as first card is being thrown off the deck and put my money out. Old guy objects, but dealer says he "will allow it this time." So there are like 4 or 5 limpers (obv) and I exercise my option and raise (obv). Then some other Foxwoods regular says that I shouldn't be allowed to raise and old guy agrees. Dealer calls floor and I am [censored] pissed at these morons. I then stand up grab my chips back and through my cards into the muck, one card flys across the table (im 7 seat) and lands on floor behind the 4 seat.

At this point the old guy next to me stands up and I just yell "sit down old man." At this point the floor is over and I have to sit to the side while waiting for the floor supervisor. He comes over and I am calm and explain the situation and he bans me for 24 hours at that point. I plead to be allowed to play at another table to no avail.

This is when I blow up again and create a scene. Things get blurry here, but he hands me a chip rack and I throw it to the ground. I then grab my chips and stuff them in my pocket and throw my beer on the ground at floor supervisor (guy with glasses and lazy eye). He is escorting me out and as we are walking out I am ripping into him. I then put my hand on his shoulder and comment on how I am sorry for over reacting but its [censored] that I am getting kicked out. He then accuses me of assault. Which is such [censored], he is kinda following me to my car but when I get around a corner and he can't see me I run the 100 yards to my car and drive back to the hotel.

I'm then hanging out in the hotel when 45 minutes later I get a phone call. It's the CT state police and they want me to come back to Foxwoods. I go over to the security desk and they put me in handcuffs and bring me to a holding cell.

They ask me a bunch of questions, take my photo, fingerprint me and then allow me to leave on a non surety bond. The State Police tell me I am being charged with breach of peace and need to report to New London court on November 6th. Some guy in charge of security then tells me I am banned for life. I ask him about appeal and he tells me in a year I can write a letter...I wonder if I will ever get around to that.

Also, in order to get my phone number they question and detained my friends. One kid is a poster here, so he can explain how they got it out of him.

God I [censored] hate Foxwoods...the banning might be a blessing so people can't persuade me to go back.
