I'm 6'2" around 225-230, definitely want to hit 190 again. Entertaining ideas on terms/amounts for a weightloss propbet. GOGOGO!

Im pretty much the same 6'1" 230-235 and would like to get sub 200. we should get a prop bet on the go. PM if interested. I feel the only way I will be able to lose this weight is if I have some sort of monetary incentive.

Bah, that crap is garbage.

It's pretty simple, take in less calories than you burn, profit. I ownz an elliptical and can stay on that thing for like 2 hours.
