21/11/4 over 700 hands. I couldn't assign a range very well. And I'm not sure if this is a big pair w/out a heart that's taking it slow or if he has a big heart or what exactly he has. So I'm not sure if I want to see a heart or not- does that mean I should shove to put some pressure on black cards and see what it is i'm routing for/against since absolute shows you the all-in hands?

Regardless...clearly that was not what I did. Thoughts?

Meh, sorta looks OK to me. You got to showdown as cheeeply as possible on a hand you wouldn't mind showing down.

Interesting, 21/11/4 are my stats almost exactly. Knowing my hands, this line looks like AK to me. I don't mind checking it down on the turn and river, it's a pretty marginal hand given the board and I can't see a worse hand calling you in either spot.

Of course, if a 4th heart came and you were faced with a bet, it's a pretty easy fold.

I think shoving on any street is suicide on this board. Your line looks okay to me, your hand can't take any heat at all here if he's not retarded.

i raise almost always because his bet size does NOT indicate a hand he is looking to protect i.e. big pair

i expect him to fold his air, and all big hearts except maybe an Ah

i expect him to call with JJ+, a set, flush and maybe an Ah

given his bet size i think the former makes up the majority of his range tho

Not trying to be a jerk, but to learn... If he's folding worse hands and calling better hands, isn't this a good time to call? Sure, a raise knocks out overcards that could suck out, but is that reason enough?
