Full Tilt Software

Ever since I got the FTP update the software is popping up all over the place. When I am multitabling, instead of waiting for me to make decisions at tables before going to the next table waiting for action, its flipping back and forth whenever cards and dealt orr other random things happen at the table. Anyone experiencing the same problem or know a solution, or is Full Tilt trying to fix this?
