Default Eurobet closing Canadian accounts

Hi,
I just had my account closed by eurobet. They informed me that they would be closing all Canadian players' accounts. Has any other Canadian had their account closed?

wtf??

I am logging on fine and I can't find any information about this. If they were closing to all Canadians, I think they would send out an email or make a public announcement or something, no?

I just got an email from Eurobet...their latest newsletter. An odd way to go about things if they're closing to all Canadians. Not that sites haen't done screwy things like this in the past!

As to advice, not sure what we can tell you. My only thought would be to send an email or in some way contact CS and see if you get a different answer from someone else. Maybe your account was closed for a different reason, or was closed by mistake. If you signed up through an affiliate, contact them as well.

Ack...I just reread my post, and thought I should clarify. What I meant is that I just got the regular newsletter, business as usual. No mention of closing my account or any such thing. Sorry if my post caused any confusion.

Four months ago they closed my account, without prior or further notice.

I didn't received any email. I just couldn't log in.

After a lot of messages, they finally stated that they couldn't accept Brazilian players.

It took 2 months , 15 e-mails and 2 euros in skype credits to be properly refunded. I'm still waiting my pending rakeback.

I emailed them and the CS said there are no plans to pull out of the Canadian market in the future.

Also, the original poster on this thread is not very credible. Just looking at his/her post history he/she is clearly has a beef with eurobet. Until someone more credible posts of any problems I would believe it. Find it hard they would close just one Canadian account out of blue.
