Yes that is exactly what I'm saying. You are probably not going to be able to avoid the fee anyway you do it. At least its only $5. That is the Epass fee for loading money of that amount. I think the fee is something like 10% with a $5 min and some sort of max not sure what it is though.

Anyway that is probably your best bet.

UB also charges US players withdraw fees..Not sure how much or on the methods..

OP from the sounds of it you seem to be against ALL fees and setting up accounts I think you may wish to consider a P2P transfer?????
