NFL Draft question
Assume you needed both a MLB and SS equally, and they are your top priority, and you had the 2nd pick in the NFL draft.
The top rated prospect is a MLB, and he gets drafted first. The second rated prospect is a hypothetical tie between another MLB and a SS. Is it correct to pick the SS, without hesitation, because you are getting the draft-classes "best" SS, as opposed to 2nd best MLB? Or does it all even out (because eventually in that draft, you'll have to pick an MLB anyway)? |

Re: NFL Draft question
You take neither, because you can fill hat need in round 2 and round 3.

Re: NFL Draft question
Bugstud, would you pick the MLB, or the SS in my example? And why? It's a simple question.

The SS is equally likely to be better at his position than the MLB. Why even bring this up? |

I don't think where they're ranked at their position has anything to do with it. I think you look deeper in the draft and figure out which need you're more likely to be able to fill later and take the other one. |
