thinking its $1,000 to buy into this event; but no, it was the total prize pool and included about 700 players from simular events.

DON'T PLAY AT ABSOLUTE POKER!!!

I kept in your caps. That was good. But if the total prize pool was $1,000 and there were 700 players then total buyin value is approx. $1.50
So you won 53 + 1.50 for $54.50. Assuming the prize pool was $4,500 in the freeroll rebuy and first would get say 20% you should have won $900. These numbers will allow you to do proper research. You should have won $900 not %54.50. I have a feeling the rebuys were $.05 or .10 and not $.50 or a $1.00 and hence the $54.50 return.

First: All of their freerolls are usually maxed out at 5000 players. If you played one with that many entrants (Doubt it), then

Second: Typically there are between 70 -90 rebuys, and 20- 30 add-ons. Occasionally more, but rarely.

Third: Prize pools typically run between 120 and 200 bucks.

Fourth: You earned what you deserved. Weekly 1000 is for top 5 entrants from each freeroll that week...no rebuys or add ons there.

Fifth: You are soundly retarded.
Sixth: Pass the crank.

From http://www.absolutepoker.com/tournam...y-of-week.html

My worst play ever was when I first started playing on Absolute Poker. It was actually very funny and dumb (by the way I just learned how to play). I thought I had a straight and was very excited about it. I really thought I had a winning hand. I had in my hand an A 2. The flop came out as K Q J. So I thought yes!!! I hit the straight since 2 came after A, if you know what I mean...LOL (J Q K A 2). Then the turn was an 8 and then the river was a 5, and I raised all in with my 242 dollars I had left thinking I had the winning hand. He called and he had hit his two pair, Kings and Queens and I lost being very confused. I argued that I had a straight when everyone at the table was telling me I didn't have a straight and calling me a donkey, which hurt my ego. That's when I truly had to read over everything about Texas Hold'em again.

Ok so I play a free roll on AP and win 1st place out of 9,753 players. It's free to play, but rebuys are 0.50 an add ons are eather 0.50 or 1.00 i forget as I nether rebought or added on.

there where about 7,000 rebuys and about 2,000 add ons,
= $45,000 to $55,000 in the prize pool. They paied 64 spots and 1st place was $53.00 + they gave the top 5 players a seat to the "AP challenge", so I though, ok this must be where all the money goes; thinking its $1,000 to buy into this event; but no, it was the total prize pool and included about 700 players from simular events.

This means AP took in about $700,000 and paid out about $1,700 in total $$.
Sadly as a USA player I dont know where to go but I will not stay at AP and will post this where ever I can.

DON'T PLAY AT ABSOLUTE POKER!!!

(7,000 * $0.50) + (2,000 * $1) = 45,000?

I mean, comon, how can you be so bad at basic math and logic - and still be capable of turning on your computer?

Id also love to hear where $700,000 came from too.

But no, the biggest lol here. You knew about the origional scam (see thread title) but its infact something to do with some freeroll that made you leave the site?

I still have the AP software on my computer, so I logged in to check the freerolls. I can't find any that had 9,000+ people in them. As someone said earlier, the max capacity is 5,000.
