Default What is your biggest recovery in a HU SNG? *low content*

Only play these small stakes ones for fun when I don't feel in the right frame of mind for cash games.

Such a tiny amount of money but I was pretty chuffed with the comeback. Some of you must be able to better it so brag away!

I once had a guy down to 40 chips and I lost the match . I analyzed my play to see if I did anything wrong , but I couldn't find any obvious mistakes . I know I played my cards right because I had him all in about 5 or so times with the best hand and lost each one .

I challenged him to a re-match and was happy to have won that .

Sucks when that happens.

We only had about 5 allin hands in our game total. The two above and the one that got me in the mess in the first place and just 2 others. He simply didn't put up any kind of fight at let me come back. I actually had to fight back twice as once I got level I dropped another 500 chips 3 betting AK and check-folding a bad flop.

I don't remember exact details but I have come back from under 100 chips several times. It may have happened the opposite once or twice, but I don't recall. Sorry can't be more specific, if anything comes up in the next session I'll post.

I'm almost positive I had a guy down to 10 chips and lost to him. I'm sure I went on monkey tilt for days. If I can find the HH I'll post it.

I have lost 2-3 games where I had my opponent down to around 100-150. It's very frustrating when that happens.
If I remember correct my best comback is from around 170 I think.

Since I replied to this thread I've had a lot of people coming back today from 300-500 chips. Not fun.
