Default 6.50 - bubble, SNGwiz says to push, why?

Shortie is committed, why would I push over the bigstack with k4?

so you have a better shot of winning the dead money in the pot. assuming the button won't call very often.

Because it has button raising 85% and only calling you with 16% i assume. I never bothered buying SNGwiz, i really didn't like it that much and it seemed to give tons of crap advice (btw this was when it first came out, it might be better now, or maybe i sucked at using it)

me too. the answer is right in the problem for god sakes. do people honestly expect this quiz mode to be 100% perfect or something?? its perfect given the ranges but no button is opening 85% here and calling 16% so this type of stuff is useless.

I've never used sngwhiz, but you guys seem to be mistaken about ranges.

Looks to me like villain is raising 30% and calling 16%.

The pot committed BB is calling 85%.

But, you are right, the obvious answer to this question is that you gain a lot the 50% of the time button folds.

Think about it. The 50% of the time button folds, you are getting 3-1 against the BB's random hand with K4. Obviously +EV. Obviously enough to make up for the times the button calls and you're hand is behind.
