Default NL100 - QQ 3bet pot, 200BB deep, rough spot

HI. Just played this hand and would like some advices...

<font color="blue">Villain is quite aggro playing 20/17/4. Not much history together besides him 3betting me from the blinds and me every now and then I 3bet him when i got a hand...</font>
