Default AF numbers

I am working on my aggression, but not sure where to adjust besides raising more preflop. My numbers are trending up though. Could you please analyze my AF numbers and tell where I have holes. Could a solid 22/18 player share their numbers? Thx

Pre = 1.7
Flop = 4.2
Turn = 3.1
River= 1.8
Overall = 2.25

i think you might be limping too much pf (or cold calling raises).. other than that i think thats pretty good.

I think sbrugby said in one of his videos that the flop, turn and river should be at least around 5, 4, and 3 respectively, with 2 or below being too passive.

what does he know?

fwiw mine are 4.5 , 3.5, 2.5 ish for me, although lately i have been more agro on the turn, don't go too much off stats (rough guidlines), being agro in the right places is more important.

sbrugby also plays High Stakes, this is Small, where ultimately being more passive I think is +EV (with the heavy amount of call stations and +40VPIP players). I run at 5; 3; 2.5 and beat 100 / 200 for about 7ptbb over my last 80k hands running at those stats(including a 10BI downswing). In Micro I ran 3.5 ; 2; 2 and beat it for 11ptbb / 100 over 120k.

Pretty sure that was his 2/4 video.

it really doesn't matter, he doesn't play 2/4 or 5/10 so I'm sure that advice was tailored for neither level

the one hole I identified was limping in way too much from sb. thats one reason the preflop is low.
