How would you play this hand? I didn't have any real reads on CO, other than he didn't seem particularly tight or loose, though I had just been moved to the table about 7 hands prior. Sharkscope listed him as a fish, though I didn't check that stat until after the hand was over.

He could be doing this with two high cards. You're most likely going to get in ahead here. I don't think he pushes QQ+ since he probably won't get much value out of them.

If he's a fish on Sharkscope, I'd call. I don't know if I'd do it without ANY sort of read, but that's enough for me.
