Re: running bad or playing bad?
[ QUOTE ]
You're gonna hate me, but i'll tell you the straight truth. You are playing really crappy right now. You need to move to 1/2 or cut down on the number of tables you are playing. Last night, I watched 5 or 6 hands that were completely botched. Most of them do to a lack of reads and carelessness. On this hand in question that particular villain wasn't semibluffing or raising one pair. In a vacuum, this hand wasn't terrible there were a couple of others that were much worse imo. Go ahead and flame me if you want. [/ QUOTE ] I'm not gonna flame anyone.... I don't know why everyone always thinks I'm gonna take offense to everything. I've never gotten into an argument with anyone on this site, everyone is entitled to their opinions.... I don't think I really need to move down b/c despite being down money with 3 of a kind and 2 pair through 20k hands this month, I'm still up money, that being said there are definitely spots where I need to be playing better and I appreciate your thoughts. If you remember the specific hands you're talking about I'd like to take a look @ them, so if you have them PM me. thanks |

Re: running bad or playing bad?
I would just call flop and call turn here. Prob just call the river as well assuming its a somewhat normal sized bet.
If flop was drawier obv I would prefer a 3bet. Or if the opponent was more retarded 50+/20+ and couldnt fold a pair I think 3b flop is obv better there. As for other advice I haven't played with u at all but I bet cutting down on tables, even if just for 5-10k hands to think through more of your decisions would help you. Also allows you more 'recovery' time after beats and bs hands to compose yourself before doing something stupid that could happen if you are 12 tabling or whatever. |
