Smoking and Video Games

Hello. My name is Omar Mata and I am a student of Williams High School. In
my Biology class, we have been assigned a Bioethics Study project. I was
hoping you could help me by simply filling out this survey. I have to get 100 people to fill this out. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Directions: Just erase the answers that don't fit and leave the the one that
does. For example, the fisrt one could be 'Yes' so just delete 'No' and
'Idon't Smoke' then leave yes for that question. And move on.

If you don't understand how you can also go to section under video games. which is all the way to your left. and click on other topics. under there somewhere.

Omar, this type of thread is not appropriate for the lounge and I don't really understand it. Are you trying to get us to do your homework for you? We aren't going to fill out a survey for you. That's not the purpose of this forum. If you had wanted to discuss video game addiction you could have made a post that promoted discussion and debate.
