Hand 1: Why cap the flop? Once he 3-bets, your hand's value goes way down. The flop 3-bet might also scare me off raising the river, since several hands just filled up.

Hand 2: Raise preflop. Get the value while you can. Why donk-bet the flop and turn?

Hand 3: I'd probably raise the flop. Players at those stakes don't like to bet a big hand like trips. Once he check-raises the turn, I wouldn't feel too good about a one pair hand, so I probably wouldn't 3-bet.

Hand 4: Not much you could do differently. Your opponent made sure you lost the minimum from that situation.
