Default 10-10 second barrel

I have been stealing a lot from that guy,he limps quite loose and is easy to play against, though in this hand i didn't recognize that he limped, thats why i raised only 20.he hasnt flat called a flop with toppair before,he always raised TP,so i thought with a bet like that i could get him out of the hand.would you second barrel with that read?

I like it, but I would bet $0.80 on turn and let it go if he calls/raise.
I just think your turn bet looks kinda weak.

they work okay against really bad players but regulars will just call you with pretty much anything. You don't want him to call here and river an ace or something.. Or even worse a regular might bluff raise you because your bet looks like a weak second barrel.

Your hand has value and his hand most likely is a draw of some sort. Your bet offers him 3-1. You allow him to play perfectly if he is drawing. As one of the other posters stated I like the larger bet size around 2/3 - 3/4 pot.

If the flop is drawy, I like... If he likes to float small pairs on flops you migth have missed, I like...

In this case, I guess it's ok if he flatcalls a lot of sc's and small pairs preflop.

I like the size too... But you have to do that with AK as well.

I would have paused, used a few seconds, and folded if he/she had raised back at me.

If he's calling he's almost always on a draw, that's why you gotta raise more
