help me pick out a new cell phone

My current wireless provider has a number of deals on new phones if I decided to renew my contract with them.
I know little to nothing about the cell phone market.

Here is my current phone (LG1300):



Here is a list of the phones that they have deals on, and their respecitve prices (after the rebate).

Free:

Sony Ericsson Z525a

Sony Ericsson W300i

$50:
Pantech C300

I am primarily looking for:
A phone that will last a long time.
A phone that is SIM capable, or otherwise very easy to switch to.
Low cost.

I am not willing to spend an extra $20+ just to have a camera phone, etc.
