Default Playing top set against a fish in NL1000 sh game

Sorry no HH is available in this room, so I will type it in manually.

The limit is 5/10, I have 1800 and I'm UTG+1. Fish is the button with 1200 and has just doubled up via great luck twice. He has a vpip of 60% and likes to use minbets and minreraises against everybody and all the time.

I have qq and i open it up to 35, the fish in the button calls as well as the big blind. Flop comes q103, the q and the 10 in spades. I open 100, when the fish instant reraises me to 240, big blind folds, what should i do in these situations???

Is this really that hard? Do whatever, just don't fold. If he's a bluffer, I call c/r ai any turn, if he's someone who likes raising draws, likes slowplaying aces, likes calling light, 3 bet him. whatever, dont fold.

Maybe not hard, but 3 betting immediately seems clearly better on such a drawy board, pricing him out.

But you guys are not afraid, that betting in this spot against a huge bluffer fish is correct? I mean if we bet like to 500-600 he literally will fold everything, or not?

So what you're saying is, you're scared a fish will outplay you?
