Default Wsex Line changes

I'm pretty much a noob and have been caught out (again, I'm ashamed to say) by the way Wsex displays the lines. I went to back Golden State at -1.5. When I got to the confirm bet screen, the line had changed to -2. There was however no warning that this had happened. It was only after I had confirmed the bet that I saw what had happened.

I was arbing against NY +1.5, so now I am left with a potential large loss. Is there any better way of covering myself than by simply placing two more bets, one on GS at -1.5, and another on NY at -2? Or should I just let it ride and hope that GS doesn't win by exactly 2?
