1) I think bet/fold is best against this villain.
2) Must call, sometimes they'll try a retarded desperation bluff at the end.

hand 1 I always worry that villain is thinking on the 0th level and is like "omg I has 2 pairs! at the same time!" and checkraises

That was my first thought as well, but then I looked closer at the board and his stats. I don't think a 34/9/.7 is gonna be value raising 2 pair on a 4 straight broadwayish 3 flush board against an UTG raiser, he also isn't gonna be bluff raising often enough IMO.
