Default Commerce cash games

Going on a road trip to California and Vegas with a couple of poker friends early february. We will be at least for 3 weeks in the LA area so enough time for a little poker.
I know Commerce is supposed to be a Limit heaven but how are the no limit cash games there? Enough 10/20NL games running on a daily basis? If all goes well I might check the higher games but I have no idea what they run over there.

Any info on number of games, how good the games are and what stakes they are offering are welcome.

Brick and Mortar forum?

You'll find plenty of 5-10NL games going and quite a few good 10-20NLs going everyday - 1020 is uncapped, 5-10 is 400max

I just got back today from playing the Commerce 10/20NL for 5 days. I have never been to California before...and wow what a retard I am...the 10/20NL at Commerce is the softest poker game I have played in my entire life. I will post a trip report on Friday but basically 6-8 10/20NL running all the time and 1-2 20/40NL all the time and 50/100NL two nights I was there. Also, unlimited free GOOD food.

I wouldnt call the Commerce 10/20 NL the softest live game ever. Its actually quite difficult in my opinion. But yeh its a good 10/20 game and defintely beatable for large sums of money if your a strong player. I actually prefer the Hawaiian gardens 10/20.. lower rake.. But I bounce back and forth when the HG game isnt running.

How big does the 10/20 play? Typical opening raise and stacks behind?

Sir, I respect you as a poster so I will show some restraint. However, in the almost 3 years of poker I have ever played, the Commerce 10/20NL is the easiest game I have ever played in personally. IMO!

I think you just came at a good time or practiced amazing game selection. To be honest, it wouldnt make much sense if it were easier than your average 5/10 NL game live. I think if your an online player though it seems pretty easy. Its just live games are that much better, thats why I always play live now.

it's an uncapped buyin - some +30K~ stacks some 1-2K stacks most play around 5K I'd guess - opening raise is usually to 100, min buy in is 600, people are willing to deal on all ins running it 2x,3x and whatnot, main trait of the game is aggression - IMO FWIW

These games are juicy. The Bellagio 2/5 game tends to be tougher than the 10/20 blind NL game at Commerce. The games at Commerce are so juicy I have decided to play there exclusively. Oh yeah, they feed you pretty well too for free when you play 400NL and above.
