Hate the minraise. Make it 160 or better preflop.

BB could have anything. You are up against a 7 or flush draw. As played I shove or fold read dependant. Probably shove.

Umm your raise to 80 is like beyond bad...why on earth would you do that? Make it like 200-250 depending on how loose people are calling.

I think you can fold on the turn, the entire table saw the flop, a 7 isn't unreasonable. Also, a line of c/c then c/minraise is like unbelievably strong, I just don't think he's doing this with 88 or a flush draw...I can find a fold here.

Yeah you're right. A bet of 160 might've given me some information.

Yeah you're right. A bet of 200 might've allowed me to stack one of these fish instead of getting stacked myself.

Ok I deserved that.

I shouldn't have been messing around with Jacks.
My reasoning (flawed as it might've been...) was to try to get a bit more money in the pot then see what the flop brings....

So... what would you have suggested... 160? 200?

I wasn't really trying to pick on you, just make a point. Making a nice healthy PF raise will still get action and allow you to take all their money. You aren't doing it for information, you're doing it for value, and they'll call (but 1 or 2, not all of them, which is what you want.) Anyway, hang around and keep reading and you'll get it.

I know and I meant it when I said that I appreciate it.
I really do.

It seems like I did "get it" (sort of) for a while... cashing or winning quite a few of the STT's or Small MTTs I entered. My ROI was finally starting to go up... but lately, I feel like I'm playing worse than ever.

It's weird
