University of North Dakota is cold in the winter, and in a fairly small (50k ppl) city...

but it has a quality Norwegian exchange program, the best ice hockey program in the country, and the girls are hotttttt. it's a little weird that there are so many hot girls in the middle of nowhere. but there are.

Can't go wrong with good ol Wyoming University. Centered smack on the white sand beaches of Wyoming where clothing is optional and the abundance of hot horny sloots will wear you out. Dont plan on getting good grades cuz beach bonfire parties are round the clock. Just apply and dive straight in you'll thank me later.
