If you raise the flop, you have to call his push, you have put so much money in the pot that you have pot odds to draw to your flush.

easy reraise on flop to 40$ and call his push

Raise flop, call if he pushes with 2 overs and flushdraw.
Play on the turn depends on villain. If he fires weak 2nd barrels often, this push is reasonable. Against a 30/20/12 i would make this play sometimes also.
