Folding KK preflop

Assuming you have a 100bb stack, can you describe *any* situation (your reads, position, the sequence of action) in which you are folding KK preflop?

What about a 200bb stack? 300bb?

Assuming really deep stacks (i.e., set value is not sufficient)

I raise 4xBB KK UTG. UTG+1 re-raises to 12BB. CO 4-bets to 40BB. BB pushes.

I'm dumping kings there unless I know for a fact most of those players are maniacs.

If CO or BB is something like 15/4 its easy, also a fold if both are 20/12 or somesuch.

So basically never. Maybe people could go through their database and see if there are any times they folded KK preflop. I'm gonna hazard a guess at mine and say I have never folded KK preflop.
