How do I get more tables?

I've seen posts about people playing 20+ tables at Stars. Whenever I have 12 open and try to get on more it tells me I have reached the maximum. How do I get more tables?

The 12 table rule only applies to cash games.

You can 312 table SNG's and tournaments.
