I hate the fold.
The way you bet it, you look like two big cards putting in a weak c-bet. You can't give up so easily. Why would a set pull the trigger so quickly on such a dry board? More importantly, why would you give someone this much respect when you don't have a read on him yet? Save this kind of lay down when you are up against a huge nit--not an unknown.
