I cannot imagine that FOX wouldn't air any game all day long just because OAK didn't sellout. They will show SOMETHING whether it's the early game or late.
They don't just go a whole Sunday without showing a game.

If you are in a home NFL market and your team is playing on TV, the other network may not show another game opposite. So, if you live in Oakland and a home Raiders game is on CBS, Fox can't show the second half of their doubleheader since it would go opposite the Raiders game. The NFL blackout rules are incredibly stupid.
