Question for David Williams: What hand is calling that 10k river bet? WTF was that?

[/ QUOTE ]

blocking bet

[/ QUOTE ]
Please dont tell me you thought that was a good bet.

[/ QUOTE ]

I concur. Blocking Bet.....I thought it was good.

[/ QUOTE ]
I know what it was, I just think it was not big enough.... 1/2 pot wouldve been better IMO. Looked way too weak and most better NL players wouldve reraised the pot there. Trust me.

[/ QUOTE ]

never said it was a good bet. just said it was a blocking bet

D-Dub bet more than pot into 3 or 4 other people. I guess Ivey just gave him credit for the overpair and decided not to play OOP against a guy who is going to be very difficult to semi-bluff.

sbrugby had big tell when he checked the river against negreanu. That loud "check" sounded like he was defeated and giving up. Daniel wasn't going away so the outcome was inevitable but sbrugby got to work on those obvious tell.

So how was the episode overall for those that watched? Worth staying up to catch the re-run at 2?
