Default Re: PokerStars - Seven Card Stud games

[ QUOTE ]
In an eight-handed 7 card stud game, it is conceivable that 56 cards may be needed -- 8 players needing 7 cards each.

In most cases, some player will have folded on an early street and there will be enough cards. If, however, there are not enough cards to give everyone their last card, then one card will be placed face up in the center of the table as a community card that all players use as their 7th card. This is standard practice at not only PokerStars but at brick and mortar casinos as well, as most stud games are dealt 8-handed.

You see this happen more frequently online and in play money games because the games tend to be looser here than at a brick and mortar casino.

I hope this has answered your question completely. Please do not hesitate to let us know any time you need anything.
