Um...yeah...fold... Look at the shorty's stack. You don't really gain that much equity by doubling up through CL, and he's probably calling you sooooooo thin. If you'd like to have a better investment, I heard about this Nigerian prince who just needs a quick investment...

He was @ 11/8/0 over 17 hands since the table condensed to 1. Has picked up some hands and became giant stack. I figure he calls with top 40%?

My apologies. However I think my question is best suited for this forum.

Not attacking you or anything, just honestly curious.
As for the hand, looks like a push to me.
Especially with the stats on villain.

fold. Why attack the big stack? specially if he will call with a vast number of hands.

Because if he folds, we increase our stack by over 50%.

This is a pretty clear push. Payout increases in these are flat, so bubble issues aren't as prevalent and doubling up or even just stealing the blinds makes a huge difference in your chances for a second or third.

I push SB, you prolly have best hand... if u miss this oppratunity and UTG doubles next hand then you will be facing 400/800 blinds possibly at the Blinds... Folding here means you are basicly trying for 4th... winning here and maybe getting a hand next hand and pushing on the BB will almost gaurentee the shorty will call.. Then you are in line for 3rd/2nd or better since he will almost call with anything(or fold if hes an idiot; im suprised how often ppl will fold with M of 3 or less)...(if you lose this vrs the BB next hand you are in the same position as if you fold in the SB on the previos hand). just my opinion.
