So,

I got a bunch of Xanax here...

I get really angry from poker sometimes...

(The Xanax is 'cause i have a weird fear of flying. I take one like once a month maybe when I fly. Dunno what its like taking them regularily).

It's a benzodiazapine that prevents the re-uptake of Gamma-amino-butyric acid in the neurotransmitters and thus increases its inhibitory effect on the central nervous system.

drink 8-10 beers, take 2-3 xanies (depending on strength), completely forget how bad you played all day long..

When I'm feeling burned out from playing a lot and want to keep grinding, I'll either drink 1 beer or take half a valium. If you're on tilt, I think going to Lolitas would be a better de-stressing choice. And it would be 100% natural.

I take 1 sometimes when I cant get sleep, they're pretty sweet but must not to use often, otherwise you get addicted.

oh btw Xanax is terribly addicting so if you display any sort of affinity for addictive behaviors (poker/cigs/drugs) just be careful.

also don't drink w/ it. booze+xanax=jail (2x now)
