I hated Barry's bluff. He's got no outs if he gets called and Eli has seemed to be a bit of a calling station in previous televised poker (HSP, donkaments, etc.) Granted, I haven't played with him personally so that view may be off but I'd rather run a bluff like that against somebody with a tighter reputation.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, I think Gabe's analysis of the table dynamic was important. You raise good points though -- clearly it was a risky move to win the ~$25k in the pot. But, with it being so early, I think it would be really hard for Elezra to put Barry on a stone-cold bluff.
