Guys with $$ get more girls?

This seems to be the common belief held around here, yet I have never seen it in real life.

All the girls I meet and know seem to be of the same opinion: Guys who flaunt wealth come across as insecure and unattractive. Being successful (e.g. having a cool job or being talented) is attractive , but simply posessing cash or driving cool car does very little.

Are my friends in the minority, or are 2p2ers out of touch?

Money generally helps to boost the self-esteem and instill that trait, but not always.

Lots of girls talk about how guys who flaunt cash are just giant tools and they sit around making fun of them. Then when they run into that guy at a bar and he flaunts some of that cash at them, they open their legs for him.

Tho to be fair, guys are no different, some of them sit around talking about how they hate fake annoying slutty soriety girl types but would nut all over one given the chance.

Of course guys with lots of cash get girls. There are plenty of gold-diggers out there for all the rich guys. Now, if you change your question to say "Guys with $$ get more quality girls?" the answer would change drastically, depending on your definition of quality.

Now this is the thread where everyone says "You simply need to be confident. What works best is simply going up to a girl and saying 'Hello my name is XXXX'."

This is like the 1000th time there has been a thread saying that. I would like to see what these people are like in real life.

I know a few guys that have seemingly have boned every girl the come in contact with.
