-Took my bestfriend and our girlfriends to a nice resturant and picked up the tab.

May I suggest that when you have your first -$1000 day your girlfriend takes you out to a nice restaurant and picks up the tab?

OP, congrats man. Everyone starts grinding the low stakes and when you're just a common working person, for most of that segment of society 1k is a big pile of money.

I wish you well on your future poker endeavors. I hope you and the girl had some nice steak/pasta/bugerking [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img].
